About this house rental
Godrevy View is a two bedroomed property situated only 10 minutes walk away from St Ives' main attractions and beaches - up a steepish hill so please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The property has an open plan living area (23 foot long) with vaulted ceilings and double doors opening out onto a decked balcony - seating includes an oversized, mid-century styled sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 and the kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) have doors leading out onto a balcony and a landscaped garden with with sea views - perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a pre dinner drink.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from St Ives. There is a bit of a hill on the way back, but we didn’t mind at all—it’s a great way to work off all the delicious food and keep active!The private parking is a huge advantage, especially being so close to St Ives town. It also makes an excellent base for exploring the many attractions Cornwall has to offer.The house itself is immaculate and easily one of the cleanest and best-presented places we’ve stayed in. It is bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the sea view is absolutely lovely.Neil was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very helpful.We were fortunate to enjoy a week of beautiful sunshine, which made it feel more like a holiday abroad than a stay in the UK. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Neil was an absolute lifesaver! I needed a place to stay for my birthday and, although the property wasn’t originally available for the number of nights I wanted, Neil immediately accommodated me at an unbelievably generous price. From the moment I booked, everything went smoothly. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area.The house itself is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It genuinely felt like being in Hawaii, with stunning palm trees surrounding the property and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the water where you can relax and enjoy the view.There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home, including board games and DVDs, which made it feel extra welcoming and homely. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need during your stay.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Neil is a fantastic host, the property exceeded all expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly located place to stay!

What can I say other than the house is beautiful and in a wonderful spot looking down to the sea. The walk into the town was good and after eating a cream tea the walk back up was good (though my daughter would say differently)! We will come and stay here again as it’s a perfect retreat just away from the noise of the town but only a 15 minute walk into the hustle and bustle

Fab stay.. 12th-18th September.. Location and listing is exactly as described! Fantastic.. overall a great location for visiting St Ives, we have had a fab week! With great support from Neil all the way through.. We will be back again.. probably April 2023.
