About this house rental
This 800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Lake Front home is well thought out throughout. This Lake House has a loft area upstairs that sleeps 5 people but they are not closed off bedrooms. Whether you are wanting to get away for a weekend or for the month, this place will make you feel like you are at home. With all stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan, this will make it easy to have the whole family there. If you like to enjoy your coffee lake side then this is the place for you. Or end your day outside relaxing by the fire. (Note: we do not supply firewood) It comes with everything you could think of. We also have a large deep freezer in the garage to freeze all your fish you catch. Just 20 minutes outside of the center of Kenai. We had an absolute wonderful time staying here. All the amenities we could ask for were provided. It was such a cozy and quiet place. The hosts were extremely responsive when he had questions, requests, or concerns. We were in the area for work for an extended duration and are so glad we chose such a beautiful place to relax and rest. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. The back porch area was perfect for grilling which we did even though it still very cold and everything was covered in snow. We did not get to test the fire pit or boats but they were there for our use. Much of the time the lake was still frozen and the fire pit was snow covered until the last few weeks of the stay. If you during winter or spring you may get to see the northern lights from the back porch facing the lake like we did.

We absolutely loved the place. Despite some rainy weather, we enjoyed every minute of our visit and can’t wait for the next occasion to stay!!

This property was perfect. We loved being out of town. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the Loons. We hated to leave.
