The resort looked quite nice, with a very nice pool area.
In the advertising you could have a great view from afar while in the pool, however in reality the view was completely obstructed by vegetation. Why they let the vegetation grow there is beyond me. Also, it was not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool and the restaurant/bar was upstairs. I think not good for business if you ask me. I would have used the pool more if i could have some drinks/snacks as well. The location is not in the busy city, so it depends whether you like that or not, as there is not much to do nearby. Also, the rooftop bar was always closed (early?) when we went there to take a look in the evening, probably because no one was there, but still... Don't see this as much negativity, as it really isn't, but as constructive criticism/tips for improvement, as we did actually enjoy our stay, but it could have been better.

A lift would of been good to get to upper floors.

Very friendly hotel staff, food is served hot and delicious and the rooms are comfortable with gorgeous views and gardens surrounding it.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Location is great with being nearby but also enough to enough some peace and quiet.
