The apartment is very new, high quality, and clearly designed with a lot of thought and care. The layout is well planned, with a comfortable living area, a practical kitchen, and a cosy sleeping space with good storage. The materials, appliances, and devices are modern and high quality, including a new washing machine that works very well. Small details like good lighting options, blackout curtains, bedside lamps, a full-length mirror, and even ice cubes ready in the freezer made the stay especially comfortable. Overall, it feels very easy and pleasant to live in.
There is some construction nearby, but it does not start very early and is not constant during the day - and it’s temporary I assume. Apart from that, only very minor points that are not worth mentioning given the overall quality of the apartment.

The owner was very friendly , helpful .
Change the yellow colour of the wall lol. But one will get used to it very quickly . It was not an issue but just a little suggestion.

Personale super gentile e disponibile. Casa pulita e molto grande. Aria condizionata potente. Vicinissimo al mare e al supermercato.
