Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Minimalist decor affording more space, that's a positive in my opinion.
Nothing really. Location a little far from points of interest however for my needs with friends nearby it worked for me.

Bright large room with large views of the surroundings and balcony.
Limited car park space, location is a bit outside city but manageable if you got your own transport.
