The hosts really went out of their way to make the stay more comfortable. The area is safe and very centric, next to restaurants, bars and checkpoints for transportación. The room was comfy and quiet.
I don't mind it but be aware that there is no water heater. It was not a problem for me because Neiva is hot temperature wise
