Perfect house for us. 6 adults and my 15 year old grandson

PERFECT family property ,great location loved the patio

This lovely, large and comfortable apartment was the perfect space for our 3 day stay in the quiet and quaint Mayfair area of London. Wonderful restaurants, parks, and easy access to shopping as well as sights of London were all close by. The Concierge, as well as host Sarah, was very helpful in answering our questions or directing us to some special venues. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Perfect location and overall comfortable and very well appointed. Great for larger groups. All attractions walkable, many pubs/eateries in the vibrant neighborhood, lovely parks. Only slight con is the cleanliness. Kitchen and bedrooms were spotless but bathrooms were not up to standard. We re-cleaned ours. May have been an overlook.

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was great for all of us. We had enough room for all of us ti stay. The location for us was close to so many sites and close to green park underground. Everything was perfect. Would stay there again. Thanks

The property looks every bit as good as the pictures. Located in Shepherds Market in Mayfair we found this facility to be close to everywhere we wanted to go. The property is spotless. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook a great meal. Maid service except weekends which was not expected, but greatly appreciated. All three bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, but only one with a walk-in shower. Nice private patio. Ground floor so easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again. Shared it with some friends and now they want to go. Lots of great ethnic restaurants five minute walk or less. Simply cannot say enough nice things about this facility.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. Spacious living area with a great outdoor space. The neighborhood is perfect, with many shopping places and restaurants nearby. The team was very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

This apartment was not the luxury unit we expected per the listing. There is a putrid stench of urine in one of the bedrooms and the entire place reeked of smoke. The supposed "air cooling system" IS NOT AIR CONDITIONING...and only 1 of the 3 units worked, pumping out smoky room temp air. Several of us had to get a hotel for 2 nites because the smell was so bad. The host took 2 days to resolve the issue by providing a few air purifiers & a portable a/c unit. Unfortunately, this barely helped the air quality. The couches are completely sunken in and the master mattress springs are popping out. They provided a mattress topper which helped. Beds are not U.S. normal king sized, just keep in mind. Floors were filthy and need a deep clean. OTHERWISE, the location, size and private patio were nice to have.

The apartment more than lived up to its description on the website. Apart from its location, which couldn't be better if visiting London, it was very well equipped. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all modern and in perfect working order. The concierge staff were always very helpful and if there were any problems in the apartment (ie light bulbs or minor plumbing) they were addressed either immediately or within 24 hours. The huge patio and barbecue area was also wonderful for entertaining. Next time we go to London we shall definitely try to book this apartment.

Flat was clean, roomy and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Location was perfect, vey close to Buckingham Palace and walkable to the Tube. Many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Absolute perfection!

A perfect location for access to restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. The apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable. It was also an extremely safe neighborhood.

Location is the best. So convenient to everything and Shepherd’s Market is such a cute neighborhood. The size of the apartment is as advertised. Really large for a family group but as others mentioned, it could use a little bit of an update. Sofas are well worn and you sink into them - and not in a soft, fluffy way but in a way that the cushions need restuffing. Other furniture just looks dated. Cords on shades were broken so you couldn’t close them. The WiFi worked great, three bathrooms nice but the water pressure in the en suite bathroom is weak. Shower head could use a good cleaning. We had trouble with the temperature control. Apt was cold when we arrived having been vacant for a bit but despite keeping the heat on, it never really warmed up. Radiators are evidence that they’re aware of the issue - large livings / dining area may just be difficult to heat. But I would not want to stay here in the cold of winter. Sarah was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Some concierges more helpful than others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and property manager was very responsive. The house was extremely clean. We enjoyed the use of the grill on the patio. There was plenty of room for six of us. I would 100% stay at this property again!

Our family stayed in this apartment close to Piccadilly, and it was perfect. The apartment is exactly as described, and the check in and check out was amazingly easy. The location was ideal for visiting good restaurant and fun local pubs. I have recommended this apartment to several friends, and this will again be our home base for our next London trip. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. This place is in a great location, very easy to find and check in. The porter was very welcoming and the flat was even better than the pictures showed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to London with family.

Highly recommend and #worth the money. My family (Wife, 3 teenage boys, Mom & Dad) stayed here for 4 nights. When we got there it took almost an hour for the host to get there for us to drop off our suitcases. When we got back in the evening, he graciously put them in our room for us. He (and the other hosts) were very kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, a guest bathroom shower was overflowing, which the staff promptly fixed the next day. Also the washer was out of commission and we had to go to Paris with a bunch of dirty cloths (apparently it had been broken for some time). I messaged the property manager several times while there with no response. Would have been 3 stars if the property itself wasn't so darn beautiful and well located. Would still highly recommend because of this.

Superb location for walking to all the sites and Shepherds Market is brilliant for eating out and evening drinks. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children; great space and totally comfortable. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.

Great apartment for a group of friends with a fab location. We were there celebrating a big birthday Lots of space in the lounge dining area and patio area fir when warmer!

This property is huge! We are a family of 6 and the accommodation was ample and also With 3 bathrooms this just felt like home. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location too

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Mayfair. Location was great with plenty of space for our family. Sheppard‘s Corner is 2 mins away and was a lovely place for dinner and drinks. Would love to come again!

This is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location! A few blocks away from Hyde Park, Green Park, and St. James Park and nestled in the middle of Mayfair, this is an ideal spot to stay. It is also about a seven minute walk from two London Underground stations. There are also great restaurants and cafes yards away. The apartment is very large with a full kitchen and laundry. It is clean and very comfortable. The concierge team in the lobby is absolutely fantastic. They truly try to anticipate your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed this amazing apartment in an amazing city!

It does not get much better than this. World-class location, high-quality arrangements, and sophisticated feel. If anything, the description on the website is understated. One quirky aspect to the flat is consistency of temperature from room to room, but a minor problem in the grand scheme of things. An A+ rating in my book

Our group of sisters stayed in this during a girls' trip to London. What a find this was! Centrally located, short walk to many sites and the Tube, air conditioning (!) (rare and much needed as it was a heat wave when we were there), immediate and easy check-in, responsive property manager, many bathrooms. The list could go on. Can't recommend more highly.

We all enjoyed staying in Mayfair, four adults three children, and enjoyed having an outdoor space as well as the beautiful living area. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window so if someone in your group is claustrophobic maybe they should chose a different bedroom.

We were a family of 7 (2 parents, 2 children, 2 grandparents, and 1 uncle). There was plenty of room for all of us. The on-site concierge was very accommodating and brought in two roll-away beds for the kids. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and short walk to the tube. BTW, even though it doesn't say it explicitly - this place has a/c. Very thankful for it as our visit was during a heat wave. My only comment is that the property manger was not very responsive. Did not answer emails and text messages prior to our arrival. Finally had to call her when we were in country. The on-site concierge, however, was very helpful.
