About this house rental
This home offers unequal privacy as it is nested in the middle of the jungle away from any neighbors, perfect for anyone looking for piece and tranquility. This estate has five large king bedroom suites with adjoining baths.
Casa Tres Palapas is set in a private community South of Puerto Vallarta. It is 5 min by car from the center of town. Casa Tres Palapas is built in the middle of the jungle surrounded by wildlife and trees. The home offers great views of Banderas Bay including a view to the famous Los Arcos.
First floor: has a large kitchen that opens to the living and dining room. Includes all modern appliances (incl. dishwasher). A very large living room shares space with the dinning room (seats 12) and they open up to terrace and pool. There is a guest bathroom and one bedroom with bathroom in the first floor that opens up to the terrace. Home has a 6-speaker BOSE sound system that is controlled by SONOS. The terrace has an infinity pool and a Jacuzzi that can fit 8 people. The outside sitting area includes a Cabana with a dinning table that sits 12 and a living room that seats 6. Additionally, there are 4 sun beds.
The second floor has a TV room and 3 large bedrooms. Each bedroom with ensuite bathroom, oceanfront view, and a private terrace. The last floor has the Master suite with its outdoor and indoor shower.
The house includes all the modern amenities such as internet, A/C and 24 hour security.
The home includes 2 staff that will help you during your stay. Hotel service is given (does not include meals). If you are interested in having a chef during your stay, there are several we personally use and can share their information.

Just a short drive from Zona Romántica, this hidden gem is tucked away in the lush Puerto Vallarta jungle. Inside, the property is beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated, while the exterior is even more striking, surrounded by vibrant tropical foliage. The infinity pool is a standout—always the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip.The on-site staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless. The third-floor suite features an outdoor shower that’s both private and delightful to use. Each room is spacious and well-equipped with everything guests might need.One of the highlights? Watching unforgettable sunsets from the outdoor dining area—absolutely magical.Still debating? Don’t. This place delivers on every level. Book it—you won’t regret it.

This trip was for my two year anniversary, and my wife and I were accompanied by our wedding party and another couple who are our good friends. This home was spacious and accommodated each couple with their own bedroom, beautiful bathrooms, and outdoor patio. I can spend all day on the view of the bay and the mountainous jungle, but I HAVE to speak as to the service that was provide by Alberto, Norman, and Chef Claudio!! Alberto serves as the property manager/concierge during our 1 week stay. He was very attentive to our needs whether that meaning scheduling cab rides, store runs, or even making a MEAN Mojito! His service and attitude was 5 star hotel worthy. Norma kept the house clean, our clothes washed, and even managed to get a good laugh in between at the hilarious antics of my friends. It was a please to have her join us for breakfast the day before we departed. Chef Claudio really went all out for anything we wanted cooked. He had lunch and margaritas ready upon our arrival, and worked hard to keep us fed with fresh guacamole, and whatever meals we planned for the week. I must say that one of my highlights was Claudio preparing our fresh catch from our fishing charter. He prepared our fresh catch multiple ways with multiple sauces. Even made some for breakfast the next morning. This home, with this crew is one of Puerto Vallartas BEST KEPT SECRETS!!!
ALBERTO, Norma, and Claudio, thanks for helping to make our anniversary trip a memorable one!!!!!!
My wife and I will definitely be back with some friends on our next Puerto Vallarta trip!
