Location, views and space of accommodation.
WiFi was limited in its capacity to stream video, alot of buffetin or just failure to work with some feeds.

The location is excellent, although the road works and traffic lights right outside the drive made things a little difficult. It was a perfect position for a sea view property and the upside down arrangement with the balcony off the lounge was good. Lovely comfy bed and good number of towels ( although no tea towel). Good communication with the hosts throughout and during the booking.
There was nothing to dislike - a few things could have been improved - the instruction booklet has well out of date things in, is tatty and hidden beneath the coffee table. We had to message about the bi-fold door operation as we had not seen the folder (the message was answered almost immediately and Mike helped us understand how the doors worked). The downstairs bedroom could have done with a net curtain or something as it was open to the street.

The view was excellent great to sit on the sofa and sea the sea or on the balcony when it wasn’t raining.
The large bed was comfy. Liked having a large shower cubical. Liked having a toilet upstairs and down .Great wooden floor upstairs and the brightness of the whole upstairs.
Needed an upgrade of the nonstick pans , they were very scratched and the nonstick coating coming off and some misshapen.
Well used areas especially the stairs walls and entrance looked shabby in need of redecorating.

Great location for exploring the coastal highlights and walkable to beach, pub and Seahouses
The view over the bay and seeing all the wildlife at sea.
For the price it could have been in better condition; kitchen pots and pans worn out, cleaner had missed cobwebs and the place could do with some love, care and attention to bring it to its best.
