The property is stunning!!! Rooms are so comfortable, stylish and classy. It is definitely worth 5 stars! The staff were exceptional. Lionel and Ronny made out morning trip well worth it and their knowledge is exceptional

Loved everything !!! The view is simply gorgeous. Even saw girafes and rhino at night drinking . Food is outstanding . Special gratitude to Hilma (our waitress) who settled a table outside for us.

Gorgeous place, situation excellent, views and sunsets brilliant. Food good and excursions knowledgeable guide (Ronnie!) and well organised. Afternoon tea was a bonus!
Strong smell of bleach in the room when we arrived. I suppose this means that it is clean but it is rather off putting. On the whole the staff were good apart from our last day when we were pushed out of our room by the cleaner even though we had explained to the reception that we had lost our car keys and were looking for them. Also food plates are whisked away immediately you have put your cutlery down - please wait until both people have finished and then allow a minute or two for digestion! This is not unique to this hotel, it happens across Namibia which leads to a rather stressful meal.
