Score of 9 is for the excellent staff and comfort of the room. Clean large room with large bed, fridge, extra table and chairs. Really good value for money in centre of Monteria. Riverside park short walk away.
They advertise having balconies but this is an internal walkway not an external balcony that the photos give an impression of? The location is a busy commercial district if you need any electronics?

Las habitaciones son agradables y grandes
El servicio del personal deficiente. deberían capacitarlos. Para que sean más atentos. He viajado por todo el país y es el primer hotel en donde le sirven el desayuno y se lo dejan en la mesa sin que uno halla pasado. por otro lado ellos asimilan que a uno le gustan los huevos pericos sin preguntar al cliente. Y le digo a la chica de recepción que deberían tener un dispensador de agua y brindar café como un plus adicional y me dice que eso no aplica para los que no piden desayuno su respuesta no fue coherente puesto que si tome el servicio de desayuno porque eso ofrecía el hotel. No sé si es la cultura de la gente de la región de montería pero deberían apostarle al servicio y verá que con esas instalaciones serían un 10/10 porque una atención pésima daña todo lo bonito
