This was an amazing property! The home is beautiful, the kitchen was well appointed. Access to the Watercolor amenities was great. We had a wonderful stay. Family friendly, good communication with our host when it was needed. Thank you!

This beautiful house in Watercolor was even better than described! We had 4 kids and 4 adults and it was a perfect house for our crew. This was our first time staying in Phase III and I would highly recommend. The green space across the street is an added luxury. Highest recommendation possible. Communication was excellent. Fantastic place to stay!

I cannot say enough about this property and the experience we had. It was even better than the pics! The walk to the beach is not only short, but it is scenic and pleasant. We had 11 people and never felt crowded in any common areas where we enjoyed meals, movie nights, and playing games. I would choose this home a thousand times over anything closer to 30A or overlooking the beach. The neighborhood is darling, there are very few cars, bike friendly and still so close to the beach. We got to escape the chaos when we wanted to without compromising access to much of what we came for. I will never stay anywhere else when going to this area!!!Thanks, again to Sandy, who was such a pleasure and took care of everything. I asked a million questions and she was so patient and helpful!!!!
