Location, Location, Location...this apartment is right in the middle of the old city and ultra convenient for everything in Zadar. Communication was easy and very timely, and the included parking was ideal for us given we drove into town.
The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, which worked out well for our family of 4.
Since we only stayed for 1 night, it wasn't too much of an issue, but the apartment has 1 A/C in the living room. It's OK for the bedroom that's closest to the living room, but the 2nd bedroom didn't get enough cool air and was a little warm . We were also there during the hottest time of the year, which certainly didn't help matters.

It was in old town Zadar and walking distance to all sights and scenes of Zadar including the fantastic Zadar sunset listening to the sea organ. There was good sleeping accommodation for 4 people and also had a clothes washing machine. There is parking on site (yes even in old town) however the parking spot was blocked by a neighbors car that wasn’t at home. But Ivan helped drive to the public parking lot and paid for the overnight parking (we stayed for one night)
The only AC was in the living room and it wasn’t good enough to cool the entire place. They did not have fans either so it was a bit of an uncomfortable night in the Croatian summer

Lovely big, clean apartment in a great location close to all the historic sites. The host was very helpful with tips on where to eat etc.
