Posizione ottima al centro della città, la casa ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Proprietario disponibile e accurato. Doccia fantastica. Ci tornerei.

Sicuramente il parcheggio è un po' complicato da trovare ma una volta capito e molto comodo. Una stanza da proprio sulla strada con i bar, quindi molto rumorosa ma questo è lo scotto da pagare se si vuole stare in centro.

En el centro!!

El apartamento está fenomenal para las cuatro personas que íbamos. Muy bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro y con el parking allí mismo genial porque llevábamos coche de alquiler. El checkin muy cómodo.

Echamos de menos una cafetera.

El parking, lo céntrico que estaba, todo el alojamiento era precioso.

Un poco de ruido por la noche pero al estar tan céntrico es normal.

Zadar Old Town Apartment

The apartment was lovely and in the heart of the old town.

It is noisy as above bars but that's to be expected given the location. We could still sleep well.

brilliant apartment for 4 people and a great place to stay to see zadar

The apartment was centrally located and had parking which was great. we really enjoyed being in the old town and walking distance from everything. The apartment was beautifully presented, kitchen well stocked and the shower was great. Ivan was very helpful and getting into the apartment/leaving was straightforward.

we stayed when it was 35 degrees and the air con in the sitting room didn’t cool the apartment. this was fine as we were only there one night but just something to note if you’re travelling in July/August.

Lovely stay in an idewal location

Our property was clean, spacious, very comfortable and had everything we required. Having parking in the old part of town was fantastic. Our host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We had a lovely stay, the property was in ideal location in the old town we only wish we were able to stay longer

At night, it was loud as the apartment is near to the pub. Also as suggested by others, it is better to have the information about the parking/location earlier before arrive. so that we can park the car straight to the accommodation.

It is a nice place to stay as long as you are aware of the drawbacks of being in old town.

The property is in the heart of old town and very centrally located to all the key sight seeing locations+restaurants. The place is great with modern amenities. There is even a dedicated parking place where we parked our rental car and the host was gracious enough to let us park the car for additional few hours post us checking out.

The place can be a bit difficult to find with a GPS and a car. We had to circle around few times to find the place and the old town lanes are pretty narrow to navigate with a SUV. The place is on the second floor with no elevators like any B&B in croatia, so be aware. Also there is a restaurant right next to the apartment and one of the bedroom windows overlooks this restaurant, so it can be noisy till late in the night ,in the morning at around 5.45-6 am they were loading or unloading something and made quite a bit of noise waking us up. But the pluses exceed the minuses which are mostly becuase of it being in the heart of old town.

Great location, nice apartment, with confusing but convenient parking

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Zadar with parking. Very Quiet when the windows are closed.

Parking instructions are only available AFTER you arrive at the apartment. It makes no sense. We wasted an hour finding public parking, walking to the apartment, retrieving the parking instructions, and driving to the parking spot. Parking instructions are also confusing, a bunch of pictures. Sending a map pin with the location of the gate through which to enter wiuld be helpful. Regardless, request the instructions to be sent out before you arrive.

Superb

The apartment was perfect. Great location as your right next to the shopping and restaurant district.

Just as advice, would have been a better experience if we were provided with the parking details and location prior to arriving as it would have been easier to stop and unload luggage. Also might need to replace the towels as they were not pleasant to use.

fantastic place in the heart of zadar

This place is a ridiculously great value. awesome location. super well appointed. I totally would stay there again

tricky to find. parking instructions were left on the coffee table, but I wish they had been emailed to me ahead of my arrival. that would have saved me like 30 minutes.

Great experience, everything you need to enjoy old Zadar town to the fullest

Amazingly equipped apartment located in the centre of the old Zadar town. Big comfy beds and spotless. Self check-in, the host reached out with all the information. We really enjoyed our stay.

The surrounding is bit loud as the apartment is very centrally located and there is a coffee shop right beneath but we didn't mind.

Great Location and Stylish Decor

Spacious, stylishly decorated, great amenities for cooking, and great location.

Wrong code was given key lock box. Previous guests did not clean some of the cooking utensils and pans well-dried up food.

A great apartment, would come again

It was very clean, great central location, the shower was amazing, the owner was super communicative and responsive. The place looked like a great place for a longer stay too, well-equipped (minus moka pot:) and had a reserved parking spot which for this kind of central location is extremely convenient (and rare).

There were works taking place in the next door building so it was noisy in the morning but obviously it wasn't the owner's fault. Wouldve been nice there was a way to make coffee (moka pot or similar), there was only a kettle there.

Fancy flat in the town center

The location is superb for sightseeing. The apartment is nicely designed, neat and posessed everything one could need. Also, there is a TV with SmartTV functions.

One of the rooms has windows on the street where trucks are loading and unloading some stuff for the local restaurant. It can be clearly heard even with windows closed.

Lovely apartment in great location.

Location was great, comfortable and close to everything one would want to see. Washing machine appreciated.

Parking was difficult to find, and tight to get in, but fine in the end.

Great apartment, but tricky parking!

The apartment was extremely nice, comfortable and well equipped!

To get the instructions for how to get the car to the apartment, the only choice was to pick up the instructions from the apartment on foot first! Parking the car was extremely difficult!

Spacious apartment in the center

Location was good, not as noisy as we feared given the proximity to cafes and bars. Big and modern apartment. Overall very comfortable. Big TV was very nice. Having a washing machine was helpful during our trip (we fixed the crazy drying rack that was all out of shape when we arrived, but that was simple enough). It was kind of strange to never meet the owner, but he was very helpful.

Finding the location and the parking was very complicated. Although the apartment itself is great, the building entrance is a bit dirty and beat up (for example, broken glass in the front door). Air conditioning in the living room only means bedroom doors need to stay open, so less privacy.

Ivan was a very kind and friendly host and responding very fast and polite. The cosy appartement is situated in the very center of beautiful Zadar and the carpark in the yard is perfect to have. The flat is very clean and well equipped.The perfect place to explore the old Town!Thank you!
