Poor

The room was nice and clean.

At aroung 10:30AM the power in the entire hotel went out. I really need the WiFi to do some important work but the WiFi at the hotel wasn't working because the power was out. Eventually I left the hotel early to go to a different hotel because after waiting for 4 hours the power was still not on and they could not tell me for sure when it would be back on. I liked the hotel and staff but they facilties (Power) was very bad.

the nightmare

The behavior of the staff was very good, and in my opinion, Georgian people are very kind and warm, and I am very grateful to the staff of New Hotel.

All the facilities for which I chose this hotel were lies. My room did not have a refrigerator, microwave oven, fan, tea maker, iron, dining table, work desk, wardrobe, balcony, satellite, and the shower in the bathroom was broken and smelled. It always smells and the deodorant was not useful. In extreme cold, the heater does not work properly.......

Very good

I'm not particularly picky and ended up picking this place based on location and adequate price. The room was spacious and clean, the staff spoke Russian. Good value for the money.

It takes at least 5 minutes to adjust the shower/for water to warm up, so you can't just "jump in", so to speak. If you're used to all-you-can eat buffet at breakfast, you probably won't be satisfied with the humble selection; but for me this wasn't a concern.

great!

it’s good , the room has tv and a fan , there is no air conditioner, theres soap and toilet paper, the breakfast was very nice and good for the price , I would go again . staff was fine and not rude, their prices are very responsible and good. i would recommend if you trying to save money or stuck in a situation.

there was a spider net in the room , and insects, the smell of the room and the bathroom was a little bad ,

It's a small hotel with a convenient location for travellers. They have parking. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The room was noisy and lots of light at night from windows.

Adequate value for money

The hotel is very clean and in good condition, other rooms are very nice and spacious, very nice and friendly service. We were able to check in at 6 am even though the booking started from 2 pm, they also helped with printing the documents. One hour by bus from the city center, shops and restaurants nearby, a good starting point for trip outside the city. I have very fond memories of staying at this hotel.

Breakfast was terrible: 2 slices of disgusting cold cuts, melted cheese, stale bread, honey, jam, butter, two hard-boiled eggs, milk flakes, milk, 1 tea, 1 instant coffee, two sugars, no veggies and fruits, every day the same. The room (no.12) quite cramped and gloomy, no cupboard for clothes, there was a stench from the drain grate, no shower handle, you had to hold it in your hand while washing, cleaning once a week.

Good enough for its price

The facilities are new. Free parking. Room size as expected.

The room was not cleaned during my staying, garbage was not moved out and toilet paper was not refilled. The stairs are not illuminated so need to be careful while going up/down. Some problem with room door lock.
