Cura e riguardo del proprietario e dello staff delle pulizie;
Macchinetta del caffè con cialda giornaliera e colazione inclusa ogni giorno (cornetto o simile + caffe o cappuccino);
Presenza di tutto il necessario, anche stampelle a mollette;
Posizione strategica per ogni tipo di negozio.
La zanzariera non si può aprire del tutto, non potendo entrare per necessità il tavolino e le sedie all'esterno (un problema se mangi d'asporto come suggerito);
Guasto del condizionatore per mezza giornata, notte inclusa (prontamente sistemato il giorno dopo, tamponando con un ventilatore).
Può capitare ma meglio dirlo.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very kind and welcoming, and communication was easy throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
There were a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.
