I appreciated the warm welcome and full cooperation from the staff at the H2M office managing the apartment—especially Mr. Marcos—as well as the quietness of the building, the cleanliness of the place, its location, and the availability of free parking.
The kitchen and shower were small, but this did not significantly affect the quality of the accommodation.

Good location for buses and trains to Malaga and Torremolinos. Some nice bars nearby. Nice swimming pool.
The terms and conditions had a clause that said that all damage needs to be reported within one day of arriving. This was ridiculous as there was so much existing damage or lack of maintenance. I took over 100 photos, but we still found other damage after we made our initial report. Three of the five dining chairs were wobbly and one of those was in danger of collapsing. They replaced the chairs and put the original ones out on the balcony. One of the bedrooms had a ceiling fan missing. Instead of resolving this, they provided a stand alone fan. We shouldn't have to report stuff like this, we expect the room to be safe and be ready to be occupied. One of the bedroom doors was difficult to open and close, but they did nothing about this. When you closed the door, you had to use such force that the whole room shook. The balcony doors would not lock. The bathroom door did not have a lock (not damage, it just didn't have one).The decoration was very poor, they need to redecorate it and fix all the bits of damage. Also, there were insufficient sockets in the bedrooms.
