Positive points: Tons! Service extremely friendly. Aoune always there at the pool to see what we need. Plenty of places to just chill. Even a hammock. Plunge pool. Great views. We loved it and were sorry to go. Good food. Excellent breakfast included. Laundry service. Great location for Tamraght/Taghazout beaches. Highly recommendable
Negative: bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. Of the 6 of us only 1 affected by the traffic from road below.

Very relaxed atmosphere and the ambiance was very chilled, loved the different rooms and styles, which were very Morrocan, The staff were very friendly and helpful, evening meals were very tasty!
During our stay, there was building work being carried out next to our rooms and the hotel kindly moved us to new rooms which was very much appreciated, but it would have been nice to have been informed prior to arrival.

The garden and views were incredible. I enjoyed lounging in the hammock watching the surfers. The sunsets are also beautiful. The room was traditional and remained cool during the day
The great views means the location is far from anything and it's a bit of a hike up or down the hill. The internet didn't work in the room. The breakfast was very basic, and served late (9-10.30) meaning we missed it when we had day trips planned. Being so far from shops etc, it would have been nice to be able to grab a tea or coffee or even water from within the hotel, this was not possible. The shower ran cold after a few minutes. There was a surfers lodge next door that played loud music until late. Whilst the terrace that comes with the room is private, in that other guests can't use it, it is completely overlooked by the whole property so has no privacy.
