Belleview Suites

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Belleview Suites și cu siguranță vom reveni. Camera a fost frumoasă, spațioasă și foarte bine întreținută, oferindu-ne toate condițiile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Am apreciat în mod deosebit curățenia zilnică, schimbarea prosoapelor în fiecare zi, precum și micile atenții care au făcut diferența: apă plată, cafea și ceaiuri aduse zilnic. Aerul condiționat a fost foarte eficient și, în același timp, extrem de silențios. Locația este un mare avantaj, fiind chiar pe plajă, iar priveliștea către mare este minunată. Răsăriturile văzute din cameră au fost un adevărat bonus și au făcut experiența și mai specială. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, atent și prompt pe tot parcursul sejurului. Per total, o cazare foarte reușită, cu condiții excelente, locație superbă și servicii care ne-au făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Recomand cu drag Belleview Suites!

Totul a fost foarte bine

Bellevue Suites is officially a three-star hotel, but it felt more like a four-star experience. The location is outstanding right on the beach with beautiful sea views from the rooms. Waking up to the sunrise through the large windows every morning was one of the highlights of my stay. My room was modern, spotless, and tastefully furnished with new furniture. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. There are plenty of shops nearby, and having a grocery store on the ground floor is a great convenience. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and great value for the price makes this hotel an easy recommendation. I would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to Elena for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made my stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel is situated right on the beach. Stuff is very friendly. Not far from the hotel there is a parking for hotel guests free of charge (cos parking in front of the hotel is very expensive + you need to prolongate it every 3 hous in mobile app.

1. When I was booking a room, I was sure that I will have a room with a sea view, because the pictures of sea-view room was presented at the booking page. But after booking and payment I realized that there are 2 rooms facing main touristic Mamaia road. And I booked one of that two. So be advised, while booking. 2. As I've written above we had a room facing a road. The room called "Viena", and it's worst of that 2 rooms facing a road, because right to the one wall of that room a cafe is situated, which is working from 7:00 in the morning till 02:00 (or so) in the night (so You can't sleep either if You're nigh strawler or a morning bird). So the problem of that cafe is a loudspeaker which hangs rigt to other side of the wall of room Viena (and I suggest that to the room opposit "Viena", which is facing a sea, and have a same outer wall whith "Viena"). So, when the music is playing (and it's playing from 7:00 to 02:00) it is hard to sleep. The music is not to loud, but because of thinnes of the wall, it works like a drum (or a loudspeker), and it's a like music comes right from a wall. We stayed for 2 nights. At the first night we were tired after a plane and road from Bucurest. And was wakend up at 7 o'clock next day by that muic. At 1:30 at next night we was wakened up again, so I went to cafe to ask them to shut down the music, but they said, that they are alowed to play it. I asked if the know a Romanian Law of silences, which is prohibit to make noise from 23:00 till 8:00. But they said, that in Mamaia that law doesn't work. And only when I said that I will call to the hotel owner, they dimmed the music and shut it down in a half an hour. But next morning we was wakened up by this music again. Thanks God, we stayed only 2 nights. If it would be more nights I will definetly call the police!
