Aardig personeel. Schoon. Het eten was heerlijk, bij het ontbijt kregen we iedere keer er iets anders bij. Lekker zwembad. Fijne bedden. Mooie accommodaties met heerlijke plekken om te relaxen. Rustige accommodatie.

De accomodatie ligt wat afgelegen maar het personeel heeft ons prefect geholpen met het regelen van taxi's. Dan ben je zo in nabijgelegen plaatsen. In Máncora is iets meer te doen qua winkels en restaurants. In Organos zijn activiteiten met walvissen en schildpadden dus wat dat betreft is de locatie mooi in het midden.

Un véritable habre de paix, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour qu'on se sente vraiment bien et pour qu'on puisse se reposer. La chambre était magnifique et très propre, le personnel etait adorable et d'une gentillesse exeptionnelle, les repas très bons, les oiseaux chantaient, le jardin etait très beau, la vue subblime et l'endroit magnifique... L'emplacement ausssi était idéal et la plage de sable blanc était superbe. Si vous séjournez dans cet hotel,, n'oubliez pas d'admirer le coucher du soleil depuis le miradore en bois, c'est magnifique.

C'éttait parfait.

Es un paraíso tranquilo alejado de la confusión, con distintas áreas de descanso, al lado de la playa. Los anfitriones y todo el personal muy amables y preocupados por cada detalle.

Un detalle menor: no había silla para bebé. Pero nos organizaron una cunita muy cómoda.

My parents stayed there, they are on their 60s. They like the view and the sound of the water, it was realxing.

Not been able to choose their breakfast and it varies every day, they serve the breakfast as it is, fresh juice and fresh bread every day and fried eggs, didn't get to choose if they prefer scramble or fried and how they prefer their eggs to be cooked... The pool is very small enough for a couple or few people at the time. The manager seemed nice but not went the extra mile meaning. My parents went to celebrate my mom's birthday, and i texted the manager to see if she can arrange to sing happy birthday to my mom on a piece of cake or a dessert just asking ahead what if... the day of my mom's birthday I texted the manager because I wasn't sure if my parents will have lunch over there or somewhere outside the hotel. She told me that I should let her know soon because she already arranged to get the "cake" with an external provider. My parents had lunch there and got 2 desserts nobody sing happy birthday to her and they got charged for the desserts. I didn't mind getting charge but we know anyplace you eat and if you tell the server you are there to celebrate a birthday you get the dessert as a plus that is the extras mile. The place do not serve dinner and have a list of few delivery places that can deliver to the house. They day of their check out my mom was getting text messages from the manager asking what time they will be leaving the check out is a 10 am then again what time the taxi will pick them up, she needs to know and this is the amount of your bill you need to pay (some extra for food) I paid ahead everything else. I even got a text about the bill amount wasn't able to reply I was working. Everything before 10 am my parents knew already the check out time she told my mom I texted your daughter she hasn't replay about the bill and texting you, you don't replay I need to know.
