The well laid out apartment is ideally located in the central Encoches area. This area of Morzine is regarded as one of the most desirable locations because of the easy access to town, to the ski slopes and to all the amenities whilst at the same time offering the tranquility of the south facing sunny slopes with the fabulous views of the town and down the valley. The ski bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment and takes you to either the Morzine or Avoriaz ski lifts. A short walk across the footbridge takes you to the Pleney and the Super-Morzine lifts and also allows easy access in to the town for your evening entertainment. The apartment provides two double bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. The well equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area and adjoins the open plan lounge area with its very comfortable L-shaped sofa. Doors from the lounge area open on to the large wrap around south facing balcony which provides stunning views of the valley and the Pleney slopes and offers the perfect setting for an apres-ski drink as you watch the sun go down. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system in the lounge area. Good WIFI is available.
