Waiting for the elevator

I really appreciated the warm welcome, the genuine smiles, and the kindness of the staff, especially Zainab, who truly stood out for her exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful support made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I am particularly grateful for her outstanding service.
I also loved the hotel’s convenient location, just a short distance from the metro station, which made getting around very easy.
The only downside was the slow elevators, which sometimes resulted in longer waiting times and made moving around the hotel less convenient.

Close location to the metro station and friendliness of some of the staff.
I reserved two bed rooms apartment but was changed to two bedroom suites and when I asked few if the reception staff they were very dismissive and unhelpful and condescending.
Also, the bathrooms need serious maintenance and the housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to detail with cleanliness and dusting of the rooms.
I was very disappointed with the change of my booking after paying the full amount prior to arrival , as it was my sister’s 60th birthday.
