Room is comparable to rental flat - it has kitchenette and washing maschine, and it is big enough to place our stuff. i like the chairs very much. Air conditioner work also like heater - good for winter stays
Not enough soundproof, interior needs a little renovation and dry-rack should be repaired

The location is perfect, walking distance to supermarket, and resaurants. The room is clean and quite, and also have sea view. I had perfect three nights, and will choose again if back.

Perfect spacious apartments with cute panoramic sea view. 3 separate sleeping rooms with spatious beds and 3 TVs

Хозяйка отвечала быстро.
Есть изменения (сравниваю с визитом 3 года назад).
-уже нет уборки, как это было раньше. были 10 дней. Ничего для уборки тоже нет.
-нет моющего, нет мусорных мешков для смены мусора, нет порошка для стирки
-нет ни соли, ни перца, ничего
-1 туалетная бумага на 10 ночей 😆
-изначально не было чайника, а полученный был с большой накипью
-не работала электрическая плита
-номер требует уборки - шторы, душевая кабина, балкон так же и окна.
- в номере воняло плесенью сильно в ванне, но потом уже не так, видимо долго никто не жил
-кондиционер скрипел при включении
3 года назад, кажется, было 4 звезды, и было гораздо лучше, и отношение так же. Сейчас тут 5 звезд, но по факту 3.
Возможно, для коротких поездок все окей, но на 10 ночей - берите что-то другое.
