Tent was excellently furnished, bathroom facilities were great and kitchen area had everything you needed. Outdoor space was lovely and it was nice to be able to use the bbq and fire pit. Dawn was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Dawn was amazing! And our stay was amazing too! We came for the Renaissance Faire so can't say too much about the area other than that but the quex barn breakfast was amazing.
Dawn picked us up from the train station which we were really greatful for then when we arrived at the tent we had a really delicious lemon cake waiting for us (we are going to dream about this cake for ages now) and there was also a really nice selection of teas and coffees provided too.
The overall area of the tent was really nice and private and we loved roasting marshmallows on the fire while looking up at the stars. The bed was really comfy, and the tent itself was homely!
I've never used a compost (sawdust) toilet before so I was really nervous but it really isn't that bad!

Honestly there's not anything I can think of that I didn't like. I saw another comment mention about things getting damp in the rainy nights, none of our stuff got damp just cold which is to be expected.

This was our 3rd stay at Tilley’s Glamping but the first time we have stayed in the Carriage Lorry. Although we love the tents the Lorry is a winner for us and we will definitely be returning asap. You couldn’t ask for anything more to have a comfortable and relaxing stay and Dawn is such a lovely lady.
There is nothing negative in our opinion that can be said about the property or its location and facilities.

It’s an amazing location, spacious and lovely place for a getaway. Plenty of stuff to do with kids. Relaxing and peaceful place.
