The property had a lovely homely feel.
The only issue was there was no ‘working’ outdoor light in the back yard or the laundry.

We recently spent 5 nights here during a cold and wet Winter week and found the heater worked well and we were warm and cosy. The living room and dining room were great to relax in and the kitchen had plenty of appliances for self catering. I especially liked the vintage furniture, which gave it character. The seperate laundry (with washing machine, laundry detergent sachets provided and dryer) and off street parking was a bonus and we appreciated it. The lawn had recently been mown so the property presented well upon arrival.
Needs some TLC (eg the broken security door on the front door needs to be fixed) and some kitchen appliances need repairing or replacing (eg air fryer). The dishwasher also doesn't work if you place the dinner plates provided in it as they are too high and the rotor won't spin. This house is on a busy street and the traffic noise was quite loud in the front bedroom, even for us city dwellers from inner city Melbourne. For a family of 3 adults, 3 tiny body wash bottles weren't sufficient for a 5 night stay. Guests also need to make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as these are not provided.
