Property needs refit in all areas .The restaurant has tables in excess, old coffee machines, broken tableware
Reception is old and ugly
Employees in the garden speaking loudly at 7:00am, as well as in the restaurant or corridors.
Loud music everywhere : in the restaurants, pool area, exercise room. It seems there is no managment in the hotel.
Hair dryer not workinh in the room, a new one was offered but it was old and the blowing wind was so weak that I felt ashamed to complain again

The pools are amazing , one of them heated.
Nice views from the hotel.
The hotel is old but fit for purpose, although I wouldn’t say it is a 4 star hotel.
The food at the hotel is expensive and breakfast choice is not great.

Excellent and very comfortable room! Front desk people very friendly. Excellent location just besides de Pirata mall
The city of Angra is known to have energy cuts problems and the hotel generator was not working properly!!!

-Amazing pool area to relax in and drinks prices were reasonable.
-Staff were helpful and let us get checked in early.
-The actual rooms themselves are very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture is old and it just looks tired.
-The food is the restaurant wasn't great for breakfast and dinner and dinner was quite expensive.
