The property is in a good location. The rooms are tired but if you want a great location and close to the local arts area it's a great place. $15 buffet breakfast to start your day. I'd stay here again.

Staff are lovely, having a parking space for each room is why I booked this hotel. Good location. Good price. I knew the hotel was a bit outdated when booking.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable, aircon was noisy.

Great staff, very comfy bedding and the towels were big and fluffy.
Dust and lint build up on the ceiling from previous guest use of the dryer.

Great location. Easy walk to Southbank and public transport. Check in process easy
Outdated. Furniture shabby. No tea towel or washing up liquid. Unit could have been cleaner. Food splashes on sides of kitchen bench. No fan controls. Air conditioner control had a flat battery which was rectified by reception
