Secluded and very peacefull location. Staff super friendly. Excellent breakfast. Spa an enjoyable bonus.
Dining experience was perfect.
shower space was a little small and tended to flood the bathroom floor. Although the Spa facility was incredible for a small hotel would have loved a cold water shower to make the most of the sauna experience.

This hotel was amazing. It is located in the most beautiful area with nothing around - it is so peaceful. The room (12) was large and well equipped - it was perfect as we had a push bike with us so there was plenty of space. The view from the bathroom out the back was so lovely. All the staff were fantastic - so attentive. The food is also top quality and special. Fabulous breakfast included in the price, as well as spa access which is a bonus. The spa is great - with sauna, jacuzzi bed and several jets - we had it to ourself most days. The pool area is also lovely. We really had such a great stay. This is one of our favourite ever hotels!

The food when we got it correctly, it was exceptional. Very tasty and the chef was assisting and serving, and he was a delight. The masseuse as well was really good. We get massage massages often and she was amazing. The spa in the barn was fairly nice but a little small. The property itself from the outside is beautiful and the restaurant area is beautiful.
The room was quite rundown and not in a quaint or antique way. The fixtures and tiling are dated. There were probably a handful of guest there when we stayed and we only stayed for one night, but there were no upgrades or anything offered. The staff during the day was fabulous and really helpful but at night the girl assisting with dinner gets mixed reviews. I thought she was cute, but incredibly talkative after we got her started, but my partner was not having any of it. Our order got messed up. Luckily, the chef came out to make it right.
