Incredibly friendly and helpful staff team. Really made me feel welcome - thank you Eduardo, JP and Luis. The housekeeping team are fastidious - the place was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The shared kitchen was well stocked and kept very clean.

The hotel is fairly clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and speak English. The onsite tour guide was super personable, helpful and honest. The breakfast that is included offers a lot of choices. Overall, it's an affordable budget option that offers good value.
The shower is unpleasant. The pressure is decent but the temperature can be unstable and never gets hot. Not great when you come back from a big day at the falls. It is also a little difficult and unconventional to operate. In my room, the shower wouldn't shut off completely at some point and a maintenance crew had to come to fix it. The shower would be the number one thing to improve. Liquid hand soap would also be nicer than the greasy soap bars they provide. The rooms are also very small and a bit cramped. The breakfast, while diverse, is predominantly cakes of different types and there are not a ton of diverse healthy options.
