Nice location
Booked this property for balcony and got the room without the balcony with the staff saying “we don’t have any available”.
The photos you have posted for classic room DO NOT correspond to reality. Either remove them and do not confuse guests, or deliver what is promised.
There’s nothing worse than when the hotel does not live up to the expectations.
Also, the staff never smiles and never is pleasant. From the moment I walked in, they talked to me as if I owe them money. 4 stars is definitely not justified for this place.
