A equipe é muito atenciosa, os proprietários acompanham de perto a condução diária dos trabalhos, buscam verificar com cada hóspede se está tudo em ordem. Além disso, há mimos diários deixados na arrumação do quarto e na saída acompanhados de frases motivacionais e de carinho. O desenho arquitetônico das piscinas, área social e jardim é muito bonito integrando as culturas oriental e nordestina.
Não é uma queixa e sim apenas um detalhe como dica. Pode colocar um corre mão na escadinha / rampa na entrada dos quartos para maior segurança principalmente de idosos.

Arriving at the hotel you notice it’s built right in front of a highly busy road, and it’s impossible to relax by the pool with the noise of trucks, busses and cars all day!
All the green plants on the outside space are covered in dust! It’s depressing!
Room is clean, spacious, bed is comfy and towels are soft, but balcony views are from apartment blocks :/
All members of staff are friendly and polite 👏
The room is noisy, as the glass of the balcony is not sound proof, making it impossible to relax! You hear the noise of the cars, all the cleaners, guests talking and everything! It was not a nice experience! I couldn’t sleep!
If you are coming here to sleep, make sure you bring ear plugs!
