Great location for Sao Paulo. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Room service was good value and good food.
The bedrooms in the lower floors are still awaiting renovation so better to ask for the upper floor ones. The corridors outside the bedrooms need a bit of attention on conservation and cleaning. The wifi was slow.

Really liked the rooms from the 20th floor up, nice and spacious.
As a foreigner, it would be good to have a kettle in the rooms for hot drinks, small selection of coffee and teas on offer.
