Tudo estava perfeito. O parque/área de lazer, que fica dentro do hotel é sensacional e pensado com carinho para os hospedes. Tudo em perfeito estado.

O espaço do local é muito bom, possui uma decoração simples, mas condizente com a proposta do ambiente. O espaço externo é maravilhoso, mas mesmo com o aquecimento solar da piscina, bem que poderia também ser ofertada uma sauna masculina e feminina. O parque é muito bom para as crianças, e é muito bem organizado.

Pedi a recepção um copo, e houve a indicação de apenas haver a oferta de umm copo de plástico. Pedi um pouco de gelo, eis que a recepção informou não ter. O Hotel recebe muitas famílias, e me admnirei o fato de não haver gelo disponibilizado aos hóspedes, pois caso excepcional haja um acidente com alguma das crianças ou bebes que ali se hospedem (bem como adultos) nem sequer gelo para o local com luxação poderá ser aplicado, só indo para atendimento de urgência / emergência.
