Hermoso hotel, con necesidades de renovacion. Excesiva relacion precio/calidad

Buena ubicacion, en un hermoso espacio verde, con una excelente piscina. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables.El hotel cuanta con un lobby y disposicion muy lindos

Se nota el paso del tiempo, parece necesitar un refresh. El costo, resulta muy caro en terminos locales. Que no estuviera abierto el restaurant Don Giovani, y solo quedara una opcion de buffet

Totally unsatisfactory.

The garden in the pool area when it was accessible. Not enough umbrellas to shade from the sun.

The hotel needs significant refurbishment. Windows need full replacement. Breakfast were terrible. Woken up every day by noise and music. finally meet day on Sunday was a disaster . Noise from the event made it in tolerable and facilities were totally blocked off all day.Hotel should’ve been shut down to all other gas.

Wonderful place to spend a short vacation far from the noise of the big city

Indoor pool & facilities were great. Excellent breakfast, good food at the restuarant. Staff went out of their way to make us feel well.

Lengthy check out process, mostly due to cumbersome local regulations that stil require paper receipts and signatures.

I wouldn't go back for the price of the stay.

It has a beautiful park, with lounge chairs and an outdoor swimming pool, the staff is helpful and the room is pretty large and comfortable. Good food (except for the red velvet cake, please if you don't know how to make it just take it off the menu).

Breakfast not included (apparently because we booked through booking.com and not the hotel's website). Spa limited to 50 minutes per night of stay and only 5 minutes of jacuzzi time, which you have to negotiate with other guests, letting them know when their time is up (not nice as no one follows the five minute rule). Awful, loud music, all day long in every restaurant, bar and every square meter of the park. Very loud air conditioning system inside the room and finally truly noisy when opening the window since our room overlooked the highway.

Good, but slightly overpriced and in need of modernisation

It was nice and relaxing made use of gym and pool regularly

The facilities were pretty good, the overall price of the room was expensive and in need of modernisation. We were also asked to pay for the room 3 times...surely the payment is recorded somewhere. Fortunately we had the receipt so no harm done. A bit more organisation wouldn't go a miss
