Rhodaer Grund

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten, deshalb war es sehr ruhig. Besonders die Busanbindung nach Erfurt hat uns gefallen. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

tolles Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr, sehr nettes, freundliches Personal

Sehr freundlich, auffällig sauber, bequemes Bett, ruhige Lage, dennoch citynah und toller Busanschluss. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Bad super. Zimmer gemütlich. Alles hat uns gefallen, auch Erfurt. Einfach toll!

Location, large room ,clean, modern

It was +10 C at night and our room was chilly, but the heaters did not work. We turned them up when we first arrived and our room was stilly after being out all afternoon and into the early evening. We turned the heaters to the max, but there was no heat at all - it was a uncomfortably chilly in our room. There are no staff on site after hours, so I sent an email request that evening to the email provided, but no response. When we mentioned this at checkout, we were told that we should have turned the heater on earlier in the day. We did, it didn’t work. Staff overall were ok, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was included, but there was minimal selection. Hot option was one hard cooked egg. Also, bring your own toiletries because the only shower wash/shampoo given were 2 tiny packets the size of ketchup packets (for 2 people).
