Location is central, sidestreet of the shoppingarea. Its new. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and a sink. New, big bathrooms (2 for 6 rooms). Daily cleaning of the common spaces. Fast communication about checkin. Option to leave your bags longer with lockers.
Its one of those anonymous self check in/ out places that provide a bed and bath for little money. Experience depends a bit on the other guests and if you like that level of anonimity

The amenities are quite minimal, making it suitable for a one-night stopover, but not ideal for an extended stay.
It would be a great improvement to add hand soap to the room. I also noticed that the body wash in the main bathroom was nearly empty and appeared to have been diluted with water.
