The location was excellent for my purposes. The living room area was comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was great to have our own washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, and the heating worked well.
The bathroom was cramped, and the ceiling being low meant that the overhead heat-lamp was quite close and hot. Additional counter space in the bathroom would be a good idea, though I'm not sure where!

Good location in a quiet street. Some beautiful architecture. There weren't any smelly products used as requested. The bed was in separate room and it was comfortable. It was also quiet despite being near to Flemington Rd. All the staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.
The photos made it look better than the actual.
There isn't much room to fit your hands under the basin tap.
Softer lighting would be good, such as a lamp in the lounge/ kitchen area.
Be aware that there are steps to the upper rooms.

Good Location to Hospitals nearby
Bed not very comfortable and noise carried through to the rooms from street and reception entry/exit area.
