The front porch faces 5th street, and every evening a 20 minute walk takes you to the end of the Grand Haven pier to watch the sunset. Our home is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, downtown shopping, restaurants and fun! A 10 minute walk takes you to the local YMCA and the area's Imagination Station, tennis & pickleball courts and skate park. The house is perfect for week long vacations, weekend getaways and as a cozy fall or winter retreat. The main floor has an open kitchen to dining room area (13x17) with a separate 13 x 21 living room. Games, beach toys and a table for puzzles is also provided. A half bath is off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are located in the basement as are the beach toys, chairs, towels and cooler and propane tank for the grill. The house has hardwood floors throughout and 9 foot ceilings. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and a small back bedroom with another queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub. The living room on the main floor has a couch, love seat and futon for extra sleeping space. There is off street parking for 2 cars; an outdoor gas grill and a front porch ready for you to watch the world go by. Did we mention this charming place is on the Coast Guard parade route?
