Porta da geladeira deveria ser trocada de lado, muito incômodo usá-la dessa forma que está instalada. Tambem algum defeito na porta de entrada do apartamento. Tem que dar um tranco para fechar e faz um barulhão. Incomoda muito os vizinhos

Julie and all the gentleman working in IT were amazing! will definitely be back soon!

I had issues with my card upon check in and Julie was absolutely amazing at dealing with this situation. She made me feel accommodated and helped, she should definitely be recognized for her great attitude!

The wifi strength is very weak. I needed to work from my laptop and the complimentary wifi would not connect. They were very helpful and I ended up working from their lobby using their connection.

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND BEACH HOWEVER THE SERVICE PROVIDED IS VERY POOR.

The location was quite good, however the place don't give what they offer.

We didn't have wi-fi, the explanation is "the signal is not good at your room". House keeping just after 3pm. I had to beg a lot to have towel to my daughter.

The hotel is not well maintained unfortunately

The location is very good, 2 blocks from the beach.

The building needs remodeling inside and outside.

clean and convenient place with a slightly absurd service

placement, the flat was functional and clean.

The service at the reception was quite unfriendly. We were there only for 24 hours and arrived a bit earlier than check-in (1:30 pm) and we were told that the room was not ready before 4 pm: OK, we said we understand. We asked if we could use any of the hotel's beach amenities while waiting and the lady started a whole complicated explanation to tell us that there was no way. The beach area of the hotel was half empty and the hotel has 2 swimming pools that were pretty much completely empty. It would have really cost her nothing to let us wait there instead of asking us to go away for 2 hours. The best part was that she explained to us that we were 'free' to stay at the beach at any other restaurant at 'our convenience'. We could not believe what we were hearing: she was giving us 'permission' to go to any other restaurant if we wanted... The next day was the same joke when we checked out (at noon) we were told that we could not use the beach amenities after we had check-out. So we wonder what do they do of the free space between noon and 4 pm? Do they really need 4 hours to clean a table and an umbrella, or are they simply trying to annoy their clients? The guy at the reception told us that we were 'free' to stay at the beach at any other restaurant at 'our convenience'... we understood that this was part of their training and it wasn't the receptionists' fault but rather an absurd rules of the hotel itself; made us laugh a bit and we left thinking we will certainly never be back.
