Friendly reception, clean, quiet and in the centre of the city.
At night, nowhere to eat, just pizza. Lunchtime options are great.

Great value for the price.
Location in the city's center, close to everything.
Room is spacious and comfortable.
Bed is comfortable.
Windows open up completely to let sunshine in.
Delicious breakfast, sufficient variety of warm and continental items.
Courteous staff.
Climate control unit is only AC, not heat.
Room next to a busy street, so somewhat noisy, but traffic does die down at night.
Windows open up completely, no guard railing, which in upper floors can be a hazard to little children.
Breakfast variety somewhat limited compared to other hotels.
No fitness facilities.

The hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms look old.
The cafeteria has the curtains closed and the employees do not turn on the air conditioning during the breakfast period. Even though I asked, they didn't answer.
It was really hot there and unconfortable.
Applying insulfilm on the windows would be an option.
