Localização excelente, é o ponto forte do hotel.
As acomodações são simples porem atendem as expectativas. O quarto e o banheiro são confortáveis.
A equipe na recepção é muito simpática e atenciosa.
O serviço de quarto é bom e eficiente.
Fui assaltado em frente ao Hotel. A insegurança ao redor é grande apesar de ter visto policiamento. Ao andar pelas redondezas é necessário ter muita atenção.
O café da manhã deixou a desejar, a reposição era lenta e a diversidade dos itens do café não é boa.
A TV do quarto não funcionou em alguns dia devido a problemas de conexão.
O hotel poderia disponibilizar um bebedouro para os clientes.

Localização excelente ao lado do metrô em local tranquilo, café da manhã completo com opções para todos os gostos e funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Super recomendo.

The staff was really polite and helpful, the breakfast was really good for the price and the location IS AMAZING, literally door to door with the subway station.
The TV was old, so much that was impossible to watch any streaming in it, the WiFi connection was a little slow and unstable, the AC is very slow/weak and that really stands out, because the entire hotel is very hot and has no air circulation, the rooms are even hotter, so the AC taking 30 min to cool the room is a bummer. On the other hand, the shower is incredibly hot, there is no middle ground, you turn on or off the heating, if the heating is off the water is very cold, great for freshing up the body, but horrible for anything longer than a minute, but if you turn on the heating the water is so hot I couldn't even touch it.
