The hotel is clean and welcoming. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and always provide lots of informations. Breakfast is very good, plenty and fresh.

The cleanliness when I first entered the room.
The staff's attitude: the cleaning lady asked if I wanted cleaning; the breakfast was a la carte and there wasn't anyone to ask for food...someone appeared after 5 minutes

The air conditioning is very old and does not function as should during the hot, humid summer days.
