Exceptional

Everything was great for the price. Highly recommend when staying in the center of the town. Beautiful to wake up to the water off the balcony.

The screen door opens up with strong wind. Also, room got soaked after a heavy rain.

Very good

You can book a snorkeling trip directly at the dive shop in the house. They'll happily keep your stuff safe until you come back. Seňora Flor is super nice, gracias!

Bit noisy in the morning and night.

Cool downtown Cozumel hotel

Great location big room with over sized cement bathtub . Ocean view only 25 feet from the roaring ocean. big tv roku for steaming YouTube and stuff. Good energy from staff and car and scooter rental on sight.

If you value convenience and location above some of the the esthetics and ambiance, stay here.

There is no breakfast at the hotel itself, but there are options nearby. The rooms are large and spacious. They were very comfortable with hard mounted bed frames. My a/c worked well, but I was comfortable without having to use it. The rooms are basic but safe and secure containing a wooden key locked box for valuables. The dive shop is downstairs and the pier is across the street. The shop has some items available in terms of parts, accessories and apparel. They will store your gear for you and you can wash and clean it there. There is space for limited parking of a few vehicles and scooters.

There are renovations underway at the hotel which has left dust everywhere. I was a bit concerned as I wear lenses and am a hygiene freak about my eyes health. I do hope that the cushions for the furnishings will be updated during this period as they were on the grunge side of their life. The limited parking was even more limited as they are now renting vehicles and scooters from the limited space. This requires rotating vehicles to get in and out of the property and even more limited parking. It will take some deep cleaning to remove all of the construction dust from everywhere.

Recommended hotel to stay!

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the center of Cozumel. The staff always available for our requests. The room was big and clean for a very good price!

I recommend to add some forniture to make the room more useful.

Passable

The location for scuba divers is very good as the main pier used by the dive boats is just across the street. This is a traditional mexican hotel for budget minded divers. Can be noisy in evenings. Many local restaurants in immediate area. This is a clean, no frills accomodation in the heart of old town San Miguel

The hotel manger has given my room : Balcony with sea view and tried to place me at room with out windows (corridor window :) He keeps selling the room he does not have ( booking knows and until now nothing changed !) It was night time and raining They did not even care to help find another solution This is criminal behavior , cheating ! Hope you all read this and avoid this place
