The kindest host I've ever encountered. Brilliant communication, lovely cleaner. And a stunning antique apartment that has been tastefully renovated.
The bed and pillows were top quality, beautifully comfortable. Sheets and towels wonderful. Decor was tasteful and yet reflects the lovely antiques around the apartment.
And the host Alessandra is the kindest most caring host ever. I had a medical emergency and she helped me above and beyond, calling an ambulance, going to the pharmacy and then taking me to the Guardia Medica.
She took so much time out of her very busy days to do all this, and kept checking on my health. I have never felt so loved and cared for in my life by someone like that, the host of an accommodation. Truly an angel.
The cleaner Alessia was just so kind and wonderful, and the cleaning is superb.
