I liked the hospitality overall on the hotel premises, all the staff were supportive and friendly. Especially Ms Mapis a manager made our stay memorable.The premium room we were upgraded too was lovely with a big bed that fit me and my 2 kids under 10years. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the breakfast buffet was nice also the service at the Ladi Kwali Restaurant was good.
There was renovation works although nothing to worry, not much of a disturbance. The room we were upgraded to was fully renovated and modern so it is advisable you check with the hotel on the room you booked.

Rooms were below what I expected, especially when we consider the cost.
Works were going on and corridors not clean ...
Not a great experience in all.
