A hospitalidade dos funcionários e a localização
Pagamento. Foi solicitado o pagamento por pix antes de eu ter chegado à acomodação. Quase desisti da reserva por esse motivo. Costumo reservar pelo site e fazer o pagamento com meu cartão de crédito. Muitas pessoas podem desconfiar de se tratar de golpe.

Fair value for money. You get what you pay for. Bedroom was spacious and fairly furnished. Water and an eventual cake available for all guests at the lobby. Friendly staff.
Bedroom access via stairs is hindered by flower pots on the steps. Difficult to access with luggage.
I reserved it via Booking but in the end of my stay got a message from booking saying I didn't check in. Got in touch with the hostel to understand, fearing a cancellation charge would be made, and the attendant was a bit vague on answering. Apparently I wasn't charged but my stay doesn't show up in my booking history either :-/
