Fiquei na suíte e não tenho do que reclamar. Extremamente confortável e agradável! O banheiro é um show a parte haha Precisei fazer algumas reuniões importantes do quarto e a internet era muito boa. Minha esposa e eu não passamos frio, as cobertas eram ótimas (ponto importante!). Fui muito bem atendida. Muito prestativos e atenciosos! Voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

O custo-benefício é muito bom e a localização é perfeita para o que eu estava buscando. O Rafael, que me atendeu, foi muito gentil e se predispôs a ajudar em tudo que eu precisasse.
As áreas comuns estavam muito sujas. Em hostel, é difícil, mas é possível. Já fiquei em lugares em que a limpeza é muito boa. O banheiro do meu quarto também não estava muito limpo. Para além, eles estão de reforma, a bagunça, mesmo entendendo que é difícil devido as circunstâncias, incomoda.
