The property was easily accessed, clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. The outdoor area was well furnished with a good bbq and clean pool which was cleaned twice during the week which we were there. A lovely travel cot had been provided and there was a full bottle of water in the water dispenser. All kitchen essentials were also provided. There was also off street parking
Stephanie was always available with any information/help we required
The boost button for the central heating is hard to find as it’s behind the settee and we didn’t realise to begin with that another boost button is required to have a hot shower

The house looked quite new. The pool is nice and there’s definitely room for a group of friends to eat both inside and in the yard.

Location very good. Host manager responded promptly to our arrival issues with TV and Internet. Bbq gas ran out and they changed right away.
Unfortunately power to whole villa tripped twice but we were guided to electrical closet at end of road to reset power. Management notified and investigation to be carried out. A/C in en-suite developed a very slow drip when on.
