Beautiful heritage property, lovingly restored enjoys a stunning location. Great hospitality and personal attention!
Access needs improvement with directions and sign posting; if linen quality is bettered the property could gain a perfect score.

I like heritage property. So i liked the place and rooms.
Our checkout was delayed by around couple of hours due to an overnight shoot. What disappointed us was that no one informed us that a late checkout would attract a half-day charge. A simple reminder call before checkout would have been enough, but instead, we only found out when the final bill was presented.
The second issue was the bottled water. During our two-day stay, the bottles placed in the room appeared to be complimentary, and we did not request any extra bottles. However, all of them were charged at checkout. When I mentioned that complimentary water is standard in most hotels, the response from the manager, Mr. Ratanlal, was that they only provide the room and everything else is chargeable. I found this response quite surprising. If bottled water is chargeable, it should be clearly communicated during check-in or mentioned inside the room to avoid any misunderstanding.
The hotel and rooms are good, but the lack of transparency regarding these charges made the checkout experience disappointing. Better communication would make the overall guest experience much smoother.
