The stuff is very friendly, room is comfortable and the price is good as well
Location is good as well, very close to the tram station and the tram runs every 5 min, so it is easy to access the city center
It is quiet noisy in the area, constructions and it is very loud from 6 am, at least it was when I stayed there

a squeege to get the water back into the shower so floor isn’t wet for so long is all :)

The location was very good. The staff seemed nice and polite. The room was a good size. Shower was nice. Bed was large. Quiet location. Close to supermarkets, a bread and flower market and some nice restaurants and take aways. Transport approximately 5 minute walk. The place was secure. It was above a block of flats but never had any issues or loud noises. Breakfast was beans, egg, bacon, pastrami, toast. Couple of pastries. Was pleasant. Hot drinks are free during the day too which is great. Lovely view. The iron and ironing board is also free to use.
No WiFi the whole time. Advertised as free WiFi but everyday we were told "the people fixing it said should be done tonight" this was over our 4 days stay. Never came on. The pillows for the bed felt like balls of cotton wool. The smell outside the room coming from the carpets, smelt like wee and sewage. With spray to cover it up. I think they must have used a carpet cleaner at some point and it just flicked the smell up. Thankfully the rooms didn't smell.
