C'est un peu loin de Sète mais c'est au calme et près de la Mer.

C'est cher, sans Petit déjeuner. J'ai eu mauvais temps. L'hôtel aurait dû avoir un geste commercial en m'offrant le petit déjeuner.

Great location, nice pool and room was clean. However cleaner tried to steal my speaker which was very upsetting.

The cleaner tried to steal our portable speaker! Just after the cleaner had finished our room, noticed portable speaker missing. Asked her about it, and she played dumb and said she could not speak any english. Went to speak to reception and they then called the cleaner who said she had not found a speaker. As this was a £200 Bose portable speaker I was not letting this go. I went back to the cleaner who had just finished my room, waited for her to go into another room and scanned the cleaning trolly that she was wheeling around. Low and behold my speaker was hidden under some towels!

Friendly staff, good location, value for money ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, good access to public transport (bus) with easy ride to Sète town. Beach was within 500 m. Room was comfortable.

Didn’t like the pool, too small for such a big place. Didn’t use it despite it was one of the criteria of choice.

Because of the location to the beach I would book a stay again but I would definitely bring my own pillow, dishes, utens

The location, short walk to the beach.

The room was not clean, the dishes they provide were extremely filthy. You can purchase dish soap and a sponge for €6 there. The breakfast is very, very basic.

Easy stay

A typical French holiday village. Basic but clean.

The pool did not open until 10 am and closed at 7. I would like it to open at 7.

Superb

Location to beach was great and the No. 3 bus ran continually from hotel to Gare Station. Also close to good restaurants. Pool was clean as was apartment. Good size apartment.

The shower in the bath. Being older difficult to climb out of bath as surface slippery. Need anti slip mat. Also would have liked sponge and tea towel for washing dishes. Being overseas travellers short stay don't carry such items.

Enjoyable stay in this apart hotel we would come back again, thanks.

swimming pool, sauna, secure parking and dogs 🐶 are allowed. Next to an excellent bakery and 5 mins from a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Right next to a beautiful sandy beach.

cleaning of the room and bathroom could have been better. It was clean however not spotlessly clean.

There was no safety for baby's into the room the baby bad was broke not one baby could sleep in that bed.

decent but overpriced (family) option for late bookers

Quite spacious room with some basic cooking amenities and walking distance to the town's principal beaches. Nearby L’Essentiel beach-fronting restaurant is a treat. If you come with a family you may find the hotel's large pool handy.

Given its somewhat rundown state and lack of certain kitchenette basics (like washing liquid and sponge) the price is grossly inflated (which means that it would be your last resort place to book late).

Perfect for a weekend in Sete

Nice apartment with a view: comfortable, clean, quiet and practical. Very friendly and helpful staff.

À few kitchen cleaning basics would have been nice (no detergent or kitchen towel?)

Apartment was well equipped and adequate size for three people. Parking, pool and breakfast all provided on site.

White walls were a bit grubby, only A/C in main room, not in bedroom.

It was a nice apartment with a nice pool.

Comfortable beds. Layout of the room was comfortable.

We didn’t have pillows and towels in the room. The terrace was very dirty and no room to accommodate all the chairs. The vacuum cleaner did not work. Some of the staff were very nice but others were very rude.

The room was clean it just felt tired, in fact the whole place felt a little tired. But the staff were all great and the rooms were comfortable. It was 15 minute walk from the beach but further from town. You could get a bus which took about 30mins to get to the train station.

Apartment but not really a hotel.

Complete apartment with everything required. Lidl supermarket close. Swimming pool.

No services, food or drink available in hotel. Only breakfast available. Even the machine only accepting coins.

Oman at the desk went over to be extra helpful and friendly. Always smiling and upbeat, full of energy and knowledge. Would go back just to see her again.

I liked absolutely nothing.

The hotel does not match the uploaded photos. the ceiling of the foyer was broken. The furniture is old and torn. It is inadmissible for the rooms to be dirty, with torn sheets, the whole air conditioner to be moldy, the bathroom to be moldy and the walls to be scratched and broken. In addition to the torn sheets, there were unknown stains on our sheets. of all the staff, only one lady spoke English. the manager was rude and didn't even apologize. The room was extremely cold. The floor was dirty too. Does not correspond to the categorization at all.

Avoid!

Little to like. It is a tourist trap.

Unfriendly staff, I have to change room due to noisy next door room guests. They concentrate their rooms in winter all together and the walls are thin. Cheap construction. I have asked the invoice before leaving and it wasn't ready even though that the day before, at check in, they confirmed will be ready. Old and battered furniture, plumbing pipes on site, bad ammenities, towels of very bad quality, etc, You got the picture.

Deceitful

Location close to the beaches

The buildings looks like a prison. The kitchen was so small that it was difficult to cook anything. There is no direct plug so to putthe coffee machine on, the wirehas to gothrough the sink : dangerous. No furniture to put your bags or to leave something. The bathroom light is inside the bathroom: insecure! Weneed to pay for the dog while the reception saidit was better not to go to the gardenwith the dog! The "seaview" is also a view on thetrain!
